Çağlayan Karalar has joined the SEV Family as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Çağlayan began her career of more than 18 years in Human Resources at DenizBank, working in recruitment and career management. She then took on various responsibilities in the career management and HR Business Partnership teams at YapıKredi. In her last role there, she led the HR Business Partnership team supporting approximately 4,000 employees across the Technology, Digital
Channels, Sales and Operations functions.
After joining Kariyer.net as CHRO in 2018, she led the shaping of the company’s HR strategy and the launch of many new practices. She managed talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, performance and career management, employee experience and organizational development. She also played an active role in cultural transformation and strategic workforce planning.
